Ralph Eastland studied at VSA, which is now the Emily Carr College of Art and Design, where he majored in painting and printmaking. He also studied painting with Sybil Morgan, and Japanese woodblock printmaking with Noburo Sawaii. Ralph has taught painting, drawing and printmaking at North Island College and the Nanaimo Art Gallery. Currently he spends time creating works at his studio in Penticton.
